Paladin Hosting Conditions

• "I", "my" and "me" refers to Gregory Bahlmann trading as Paladin Hosting.
• "You" and "your" refers to the client.
• The conditions below can be changed at any time without notice.

Section A: Payment

1. Website hosting can only be paid for monthly, quarterly (every three months) or annually. Payment must be received by me prior to commencement of the hosting or renewal. Website hosting will only be set up when we have received initial payment in full.
2. Domain names can only be paid for annually. Payment must be received before we will register or renew the domain name.
3. Payment by direct deposit into my bank account is received only when the money appears in the said account.

Section B: Refunds

1. Refunds for hosting services will be made for months not used (excluding the current month in which cancellation is made) only where payment is made quarterly or annually. No refunds for monthly payments will be given.
2. No refunds will be given for domain name registrations. You can transfer these to another hosting company or take over the management of your domain name(s) yourself.

Section C: Cancellation

1. Cancellation must be made in writing by email or letter which must be received by me.
2. Canceled accounts will be removed from my servers (along with all content) 14 days after receipt of the cancellation instruction.
3. Failure to cancel as per paragraph C1, above, will result in billing continuing and of you being liable for any and all outstanding amounts owed.
4. Failure to comply with payment or content provisions as set out in these conditions will result in suspension of your account for two months or until the offending situation is rectified. Failure to rectify the offending situation will result in the cancellation of the relevant service(s) and removal of your account along with all content from my services without notice.

Section D: Suspension

1. Your hosting account can be suspended for failure to pay or for the hosting of a website that is disallowed by these conditions. Suspension will result in access to the website control panel being denied until the offending situation is rectified. Failure to rectify the offending situation within 2 months will lead to cancellation of hosting services.

Section E: Domain Names

1. .co.za domain names are registered in your name but all other details required will be those of Paladin Cyber Systems.
2. .com, .net, .org and .biz domain names are registered in the name of an employee of Paladin Cyber Systems.
3. The transfer of a .co.za domain name to Palading Cyber Systems in order that the latter may manage the said domain name is cost free.
4. The transfer of a .com, .net, .org or .biz domain name to Palading Cyber Systems in order that the latter may manage the said domain name costs the same as the registration of a new domain name for a year.

Section F: Support

1. I offer email and text chat support only. Support id available only during office hours. I do this so that there is written record of every interaction, which protects me and you. I will not provide phone support.
2. Replies to support requests can take several hours.
3. Rude or offensive support requests will not be answered.

Section G: Content

1. The following content or related matter or promotions may not appear on any websites hosted by me; pornography, gambling, lotteries, green cards.
